One New Year resolution crossed off the list...A Blog is born

Corina Kiefert Chester: I am a multimedia artist living in the Otonabee Region of Ontario. My first love was the pencil and as a toddler I scribbled on anything I could find. My new loves include oil sticks and paint, gouache, encaustic, mosaic and gelatin plate monotypes. Constantly exploring new techniques in a variety of media, I combine my theoretical knowledge with many years of practical experience to create a body of work which can be realistic, whimsical and/or moving. Every day is a new beginning full of promise and possibilities.
